Dale Dunham: As Geographic Information Officer, Dale holds the primary responsibility for assessing the GIS market, identifying new technology and steering incorporation in client solutions. In this role, the GIO often acts as senior business process analyst on significant projects. Dan Levine: As Chief Technology Officer, Dan’s primary responsibilities include collecting client requirements and designing long-term solutions. Dan oversees both our development staff and the implementation of all our Application Development activities. He’s also responsible for GISi’s continued participation in ESRI’s Beta programs. Sonny Beech: As National Sales Manager, Sonny’s primary responsibility is to define new market opportunities by industry or region and to help ensure that those opportunities meet the core competency and direction of GISi. Susan King: As GISi’s Federal Program Manager, Susan wears many hats, including business development and fostering client relationships, staff mentoring, project management and program management for the Federal Business Line, as well as a continuing role in technical implementation across this market. Michael Healander: As GISi’s State & Local Government General Manager, Michael’s responsibilities include overseeing state and local government business activities, daily coordination support for staff efforts, business development, project management and technical design. Katie Irwin: As Marketing & Sales Support Specialist, Katie’s primary responsibilities include supporting the sales team, maintaining the website and blog, creating and updating marketing materials, writing press releases, coordinating tradeshows and events, and ensuring that all these things preserve the company brand. Neil Clemmons: As a seven-time ESRI MVP award-winning Senior Application Developer, Neil’s primary responsibilities include designing and implementing software solutions. Chris Blakely: As a Senior GIS analyst, Chris brings a long history of technical problem-solving and broad background in GIS analysis and programming, Web development, and graphic design together to help bridge the gap between the application development process and clients/end users. Chris is involved in defining project requirements, interfacing with clients, storyboarding, graphic design and prototyping, and usability testing throughout a project’s lifecycle. Phil Whitley: As a Senior Application Developer, Phil has been programming in the GIS field using ESRI’s ArcInfo, ArcCad, ArcView and currently ArcGIS Desktop technology since the mid 1980’s. Phil has been a developer with GISi since the company started and he has a vast amount of experience in programming with ArcObjects and developing extensions to the ArcGIS Desktop applications. Bryan Rayo: In his role as Senior Application Developer, Bryan has been developing in ESRI’s ArcInfo, ArcObjects, WebADF (both .NET and Java), Javascript API and most recently in the Flex API for ArcGIS Server.
